1. ECW Direct Access

This is the best way to access ECW.

Use this option for direct, secure, and optimized access to eClinicalWorks.

2. RDWeb Remote Access

Use RDWeb to access OASWO remote applications and desktops from a Windows computer.

Important Instructions:
  • When prompted for domain, enter: ORTHO
  • You will be prompted for Duo MFA when signing in to RDWeb.
  • When connecting outside of the OASWO Offices, another DUO MFA is required AFTER selecting an application to open. You will NOT be prompted on the screen as a reminder to check your phone.

3. MacBook Access

For MacBook users, install the Windows App from the app store, then access RDWeb the same way as Windows users.

4. iOS / Android Devices

Not Supported

Due to Duo Multi-Factor Authentication limitations, remote access to Applications via RDWeb is not supported on iOS or Android devices.

Please use a Windows PC or MacBook to connect or Launch directly from URL's above.
